Ours aren't exactly ball playing wizards or anything. His running game/effort is excellent though I agree with betcats not sure where he fits.

You're probably right. It's the easy sell for a few years. Though if we take anyone from them he's the only one worth it. Would be cheap as well.

One thing is he’s a tryscorer but still at full strength he’d have to be in reserve grade.

Corey Thompson. Good player, great attitude and puts in 110% every week. All you Nathan Cleary fan boys are going to go bonkers over this guy.

His size counts against him. I think he will be in first grade at Penrith but at whose expense? Surely we have a more dynamic fullback in mind, whether that is from recruitment or looking at the guys coming through. As a winger he will be serviceable but not a whole lot better than what we have.

One of Mansour, Too and Edwards will make way for him in first grade 2020. No doubts there.

I think Thompson is a pretty good winger but yea I’m not sure if we need one right now, maybe Cleary doesn’t see a future with Mansour.

Fletcher and Dave you'd think are just there to sort out the $ side of it. There was 5 so must be Ivan, Brandy, Matt Cameron and those 2

exactly and would be cheap too. Short of getting elite guys get options in the squad rather than the squad now where some guys won't get a start

Point is we’re not addressing a problem by signing him. We need a ball playing fullback, not another effort fullback.

End of this year. Exactly and Laurie can play after June 30 if ready. Much better way to fill out a squad then prior years of just bringing up some junior
