we just did a 14 unit development, then at the end of all the design period we got an arborist report because it backed onto a swamp and there is an endangered snail species in the swamp, and guess what was living in a f**king tree on the development site, yep an endangered snail

so

a redesign of the Civil and Hydraulic engineering as well as some of the Mechanical engineering had to be done so as not to damage the trees roots, and the lap pool had to be halved so its no longer a lap pool , all because they found one f**king snail in a tree

The modern day sea snail like to travel and experience different cultures and is putting of mating to experience other things in life. That along with an increase of sexual activity with starfish known for extra long mating sessions and thunderous ejaculations project further then the once king of the cummers the sperm whale. Also a rise in homosexuality between the sea snail is growing rapidly.
