Don't forget that I'm the one that gives people quotes. I know what a customer wants and needs to know.

How big is it? Is it single story? How is the switchboard?
I assume a small 3 bedda be about 4 - 5k.Pending on light fittings and where switches and stuff are mounted.Wall or woodwork. If in metal conduits or not.

In general the switchboard if old fuses and convert then perhaps $600-$1000.

I assume it's old cotton cable? That stuff is real bad. Dangerous.
Take photos if like and I can check out.

I did it for $750. Some people are ruthless and will RIP you.

It's a duplex.
Power needs to be supplied from poles I've already had installed from the front of each property, run to 2 new switchboards to each unit, then, all the electrical work inside, including data cabling. It's a small job.
