IIRC Wagon Wheels used to come in a few sizes? The big ones were single and then packets of smaller ones and maybe a few others...

I always liked the biscuit packs of smaller ones cos I could eat more

Same. Usually near the Peppermint Patty and Golden Rough. I didn't much like the Golden Rough as a kid but I reckon I would now.

There is bakery in Haberfield that make their own wagon wheels and they are bigger and faster then originals

I like to keep my Kit Kats in the fridge but it makes them much harder to split.
