That may be because he played for Bennett and not Seibold , like most of the Broncs. This Fifita is the real deal. Can you imagine how good he's gonna be when he's 25-27? If the Roosters want him they will have to go up to the 1.3. - 1.4 mark to get him. He wants to re-unite with Bennett because that is his mentor. To move his thoughts away from that, it will take very big money.
What salary cap!! They need to upgrade mitchell, manu, resign tetavano maybe, were in gods name does the money come from, obviously not their cap, over the years third party payments were a % of a players salary, eg a 500k contract could only have approx 20% in 3rds, but im willing to bet broncos and rorters are doing alot more, and its not fair, what a farce

Exactly. I can't believe the nrl hasn't said anything or made enquiries about the three million dollar modelling contract Cooper Cronks partner got here in Sydney, thanks only to the Roosters chairman Nick Politis. And please, don't tell me the nrl didn't know about it. We are certain that there is corruption in the nrl, but now it's shoving it in our faces and laughing at us.

He's a big boy at a young age, i see him as an early bloomer who is pretty much as good as he's going to be. David Fifita at 25-27 won't be much better than what he is now.

If he's so eager to reunite with Bennett then why will it take $1m to get him?

I’m personally more excited by Luke Thompson as a prospect. The forwards we have seen come from the Super League in the mould of Bateman, Whitehead have been quality.

Obviously a big move away from home, friends and family. He's been named captain of junior kangaroos and the big fella Man will add him to the kangaroos squad 100%. Andrew is big, runs hard when he wants to but can also be very very lazy. Bennett doesn't allow that by any player. Anyway, I hope we get him it's a big boost for us. If not, I don't actually hear players are kicking our door in like they were 2012-2013. If we can get him, I'd get him.

South Sydney have options. Go all out for the Turbo Brothers, which would fill the gap in the forwards and solve the fullback problem as well, or go hammer and tong for David Fifita. I can tell you if they don't solve the fullback problem they don't win the premiership either. I'm praying that Edene Gebbie handles the rise in class straight away, but if he doesn't we are in trouble before a ball is kicked off.

Fair comment, but is she doing photo shots as well? That's a model.

Actually no, by no one's definition would that be modelling. Just about all TV presenters take photo shots, and it is for publicity for the TV show/network. Modelling is where you are trying to sell a product (usually clothing or a similar fashion accessory).

Tara Rushton was doing modelling for years before she even started work at Fox Sports.

So no photos of her selling clothes, cars or hotels or casinos? She must have a twin sister.

Read what I typed. You are the one alleging the Roosters got her a $3 million modelling contract.

My reply about Fox Sports was tongue in cheek way of saying "being on Fox Sports is not modelling". She's been at Fox Sports since 2013. Before that she was worked in Singapore from 2010-13 on TV presenting shows on the English Premier League on Singtel TV.

Before that gig, she built her profile through modelling.

All up, all of that was done before she started dating Cooper Cronk, which was in early 2016, and long before he decided to sign with the Roosters. None of this is "secret" it is in the public domain and easily verifiable.

So when you present evidence of this so called $3 million modelling contract the Roosters organised for her, then I might listen. Otherwise you are not coming across as rational. You made the allegation, not me, so it is not for I or anyone else to disprove it, it is up to you to prove it. we in Australia don't live under the Napoleonic code of justice.

Mate, the contract wasn't even offered until Coops came to Sydney. Very coincidental don't you think. And how much was that ring the nrl gave her? Was that included in the cap? If not, why not. Look, I'm not trying to bring anyone undone here. Good luck to those who benefit from footy. To be very honest with you, it's not Easts fault. Onus (Your Word) comes back to nrl. And their cap auditor should be audited.
