We played like we where scared imo. Fired no real shots. Penrith come at us for the win. We waited for a mistake. We scored of 2 x bombs.
Had we pushed the ball more we win. I think we won the battle in the middle but didn't take advantage. Dunster is solid in defense but his attack is ordinary. Unsure he stays long term.

I do not think we choked however. Moses should of nailed that kick at end imo. Nathan would of.

Yeah I think either a bit scared or unsure. Think we got wrapped up in competing for the full 80, that when the chances were there first half to throw kitchen sink at them, we stuck too much to game plan. I think if we had put 2 on them first half, we win comfortably.

Definite contender. We went better than I expected.

Yes. Our pack is better then there pack so we know that now.
What they do is dominate us more in defense. We just need to fall to ground easier and force 6 again.
No point trying to go around them next time. We are still working in combos. If play in finals we go in confident and we just keep the offloads going, they will crack.

Surely Dunster has now had enough practicing in the NRL and goes back to Reserves though.

There's no point in not playing Fergo. If we're not going to play him then we need to sign someone else before 1 August that we're going forward with next season. Dunster is 2 to 3 seasons (if ever) of playing long term in the NRL

Our defense isn't getting exposed however.

I'm not sure he was tripped but he definitely fell, so one person tried......pretty much sums up the team.

Lussick was gassed. He should of been in bench. Bryce for 8 mins was pointless.

Ref was horrible had 2 rules for each side in the ruck

The difference is the Panthers want to get up and play the ball quickly. We are mostly not urgent enough at wanting to play the ball fast enough, which was the reason they got plenty of restarts.
