That's why grinding them down is a good strategy for us. Because grinding is what we're best at. If we can stay patient we'll rack up big scores late in games.

We still have a lot of work imo. We don't have the explosive game of the top sides. We need to learn to attack at anytime.
Storm are so good at this its ridiculous. Who is your bench mark? We do have key players to return which excites me.
Penrith look a well oiled machine. Is it already a 4 horse race?

I don't see Souths or Manly being able to improve enough. Sharks are a smokie but I don't see them as a genuine threat.

Not having a go or anything ... but i dont get the "early ball" thing everyone wants

I dont think early ball exists much these days cos defenses are too good ... and centre needs someone to help him get outside his man ... very few centres can just flat out stand up their opponent ... Penisini is great. But he cant do it without help
It's more about using the short side more, and getting the ball to him two passes from the dummy half. Even if he doesn't make a break does he ever not make metres? He is insanely strong. He's better than evens of getting a quick play-the-ball too.
