Look Im going to say this once and then leave you to your day.

I love my team and support them my way, just as you support them your way.

Personally, I don’t take losses well. I’m down today and yet some people are clearly different. Some are in fact quite joyous. Each to their own.

The game panned out how most people expected. They are a very good defensive team and with the ball, their backs ruck it up well, their forwards do the same and they have an exceptional kicking game. Hence why they are the best and have been for three years.

I said earlier in the week that we would lose, so I am not surprised at all.
Yep. $3 underdogs but merkins are saying I told you so. f**ken psychics.

He was never going to chase the collision. If that is what he was meant to do, the club is totally to blame for re-signing a player for a further two years, who during his single season contact, it was clear was never going to be able to do what you wanted him to do.
Anyone is capable of working hard in defence, especially if they know they'll get a rest after 15 minutes.

Here's the team that beat Raiders earlier in the year.

We have Sivo back from injury now - but it might be worth picking Simonssen or Russell (whoever catches more bombs at training) in Blake's place, simply to hide that weakness the Panthers exposed?

Also, we went into the game with four forwards on the bench - sorry Jake, surely your Dad has to bite the bullet this week and put Nathan Brown back in the mix on the bench.

You're a case in point. The amount of defending you do of BA is off the charts some nights in the wee hours. I guess you always have it in the back of your mind that you'll get some respite in the AM given the east coast/west coast time difference... Good on you!!

As poor as Waqa was last night, I think it would be unfair on both him and a Sean Russell to make that change. Waqa was ordinary last night for sure, but would you really throw Russell in to a sudden death game when he hasn't played top grade since March? Unfair on both players IMO. Simonsson? Yeah maybe... Flip a coin....

Also - not sure if it was commented last night, but something that stood out to me like dogs nuts during the minute's silence for the queen last night was Nathan Brown standing there with no arm around his teammate either side....spoke volumes to me, looks like he feels like a man who isn't part of this outfit anymore....

Fair point about Russell not having had the chance since ealry in the year. Though he was a first choice winger in Round 1...

Hadn't noticed Nathan during the anthem. I still think something must've gone down behind the scenes mid-year, because the continued fall from grace (selection) was inexplicable based on his form alone.
