It definitely looked too easy. 2 point field goals usually barely clear the posts. To be that high without his best strike really looked wrong
An NFL field is 100’yards, which is 91 Meyers’s. so each “10 metres” is actually 9’at most

Are the 10 metre lines actually 10 metres? Or are they scaled to a smaller field?

Cleary from 40 out cleared the height of the posts with ease from an average strike.

You must have missed the 117 times they've mentioned it's a shorter field today.

Short.

But 2 point FG could have really helped Penrith’s F&A to scrape into the 8. Not fair.

You must have missed the 117 times they've mentioned it's a shorter field today.
My footy tv was on mute all day until this. First glance the field looked narrower in width, in goals look shorter. 10 metre lines looked fine until that kick.

The NRL need to replace Klein, Atkins etc with Super League referees. The guy in charge of Wigan v Warrington understood his role to limit his involvement to optimise the flow of the game. It’s absolutely infuriating to watch the NRL referees nit pick and destroy the spectacle in the process.
