So Isaac Moses takes every player to market...he has no other thoughts ever to do otherwise...

Yet his cousin we sign to an extension for the rest of his career well before he can go to market.

Since the end of last season we have let every other result influencer outside of Mitch Moses depart the club.

The entire club is now virtually influenced by what Mitch Moses wants...

In order to build this club into a Premiership contender in the shortest period of time, then Isaac Moses is the easiest way to do that...

I suspect we've sold our soul to the devil...

Interesting comments on the NRL Journos podcast.

Essentially saying the managers being vindictive against the Eels was the major deciding factor

Orr brothers manage BA, Dylan and O’Brien

they were pissed at the club for sacking BA, and then further pissed when the coach they represent and pushed tremendously hard to our board to get the job - Hannay - didn’t get it.

Getting Dylan out of the club with basically a revenge plot for taking $$$ out of their wallets.

I don't think this is too far removed from reality to be honest, and this was ultimately going to be the consequence of f**king off the last coach.

As I posted above, I think we're going to curry favour with Isaac Moses now. I can see he is about to have a significant influence on our fortunes going forward...

He has a stable of talent to pick from...his biggest client is his cousin and our Captain.

We'll likely sell our soul to the devil, but he is also likely the easiest pathway into Premiership contention.

The reality is, Jason Ryles is f**ken nobody at this stage, but Mitch and Isaac Moses are somebodies when it likely matters.

Cool story, but Newcastle were the ones that made the astonishing $14m offer. So they couldn’t have pulled off their evil plan without that opportunity. So I call BS and I call journos joining the dots to make up a story.

Your delusional if you don't think player managers do deals out of spite to screw over clubs.

Issac Moses bent the Tigers over and screwed them 6 ways to sunday because he didn't get what be wanted back in 2017.

For player managers its a chess game to see where they can get the most power and influence from.

Orr Brothers were no doubt pissed off Arthur got sacked and then there man Hannay didn't feel the void.

Oh and btw don't you remember the email that got sent out to the rest of the competition about Dylan.

"There is a franchise player Dylan available show me the money"

Are you sure we're not a rabble with ridiculous contracts that will hold us back for a decade?

We aren't the same meas as the Dogs or Tigers where based on 3 things -

1. Cap space
2. By latest 2027 all players not wanted will be gone. Maybe by 2026.
3. Some promising juniors
4.Moses,Lomax,Penisini,Hopgood,JAC,Iongi

We have building blocks of a decent side. Ryles gets an opportunity to shape and build it.

The Orr’s are wankers, not well liked in the industry hardly a surprise they are tight with Bushy and friends.

You didn’t even read what I posted. Now you’re just posting something to prove me wrong on something that you think I said.

It doesn’t matter if the Orrs had an axe to grind or not, they couldn’t have pulled it off if the Knights didn’t make a stupid $14m over 10 years offer. That was O’Sullivan and Parr plus the Board.

Don’t know why people are getting upset with Dylan or his management. The kid took the best deal. I would’ve as well. His management were doing their job and getting him the best deal.

our management on the other hand allowed it to happen by putting this clauses in. Yet they get off from any criticism. The CEO “nobody Jim” and O’Neil are responsible for Dylan going.

however their incompetence has allowed us to get rid of the most overrated overpaid players in our history. They have been kissed in the pecker.

Brown’s management pulled the wool by leaking that there was a third club, most probably assumed the Roosters. Newcastle fell for it hook line and sinker.

I don't get your latest point, POs offered in 19 and 20 are responsible for the success of the 21, 22 seasons??

If you just want to be a smartarse I can play that game too.

Please list which contracts signed in 2019 and 2020 had POs in them

Who's being a smartarse??

I'm not angry with Dylan. He swapped a 6 mill deal for a 14. He will be 25 this year and 31 when his deal with us would of run out. What offers does he get after that?
Picking up scraps most likely on deals under 600k.

I'll be honest and say I think this is bad for the NRL. Max contracts should be 5yrs.
If his knee goes this season and he misses most of next I'd be sad for Dylan but in a way happy. It will be a good lesson for every NRL club who are offering these silly deals. They are a problem

Nobby's nuts...the lot of them..
Moses get back on the park asap so we can tell this peanut to just phaaark off
Keep reading comments from supporters all wanting Dylan to f**k off now. It just doesn't make sense. You put your best players on the field and Dyl is one of those. If his performance deteriorates then you drop him to reserves but to move someone on is madness, to go with his stupid statement, 'Money is not that important it was the length of the contract.' Didn't he have a 10 year contract with us with 7 years to run? Looks like we should have offered another 3 years to retain him. Anyway Knights is Dyl's Alan Bond moment and we all know how that turned out.

That’s conjecture. It’s a but like bidding for a house at auction, you might speculate at the end that the bloke in the sunglasses was the Agent’s mate, but at the end if the day you decided to set your top dollar. You decided to buy on those terms. Dummy bidder or not, you were happy to proceed on those terms. Shoulda woulda coulda.

Exactly. Then rich mummy and daddy cum in along with the Chinese and price hard working people out and inflate prices at the same time.

It doesn’t need to be a conspiracy. If they care about money they would’ve pushed Drown to take the highest offer no matter where it was.
