I loaded up with:

Grifter Oatmeal Stout
Tinnies Cloudy Pale
Paulaner Heferweizen

I was sick watching last years GF and couldn't stomach a beer. Discovered I drink as much water during a game from nerves as the malty stuff.

Mmm Paulaner.

ALDI has them often. I love the weissbier.

And everyone needs a stout this weekend. Its St Patricks day on Monday which is technically a day off if you do your Sunday right.

First Choice were doing 15% off site wide with free delivery so decided to treat myself to a case of the weissbier along with the rest of the order.

Wheat beers are my fave but a bugger to find in Australia at a non one off treat price. 4 Pines used to brew an amazing one (the green bottle) but discontinued them it seems for an inferior 'wheat ale'

Stouts are second on my list. Just flavour country.

9am game here in the UK. Fridge is looking empty.

Worst of all my British colleagues have filled my diary with 4 back to back half hour meeting. Do they not understand the greatest team to have ever played sport will be displaying there wares again? When did the land of Shakespeare become so uncultured?

Honestly, can't see this as the blowout score many others do.

Maybe it's because I have far too many wounds and scars from Christmas Past. I think the chooks will give a better showing tonight.

It's not going to be easy. I hope the players haven't been reading the media this week.
You are more right than wrong. I think there is going to be some pretty fired up roosters after the flogging they got last week. 8 to 10 will do me.

I just hope the Roosters keep it clean. Their go-to in recent years when getting well beaten has been to take the oppositions head off and grub it up. Admittedly some of the worst offenders of that are no longer there or not playing tonight but given how Robbo supported those players it seemed to me that he was either explicitly or implicitly endorsing it.

I see us winning by 25-30; the game will never be in doubt but the margin will blow out a bit towards the end of the game.

A man of taste.

Miller is underrated. Good beer. I've had cider at Station Bar which is a good change up on a hot day.

The Monteiths is a beauty as well. Another underrated beer.
