Back in the 90s I was at Rosehill races with a group of fanatical Magpies supporters. One of them got into an argument with a Knights player who was there with both Johns boys and several other Knights players. Next thing both groups are facing off and I thought for sure it was going to kick off. The thing I remember most was Andrew Johns acting like we were peasants who were ruining his day out. Mathew Johns on the other hand was really cool and trying to diffuse the situation. Luckily both groups just walked away which was probably lucky as if the cops came it would have been us getting coshed not Joey and his boys.

I was only in there because both my Mother and my best friend are Eels supporters so I was seeing if there was any news I could discuss with them. Unfortunately I clicked on the Current Affairs thread and was overwhelmed by the breathtaking stupidity of the posts in there. I had to refute some of the outright fallacies they were posting and it served to inflame the mouthbreathing morons that congregate there. Doesn't matter now as not only can I not post there, I cannot even go in there to look around. I guess it's the combination of being the #1 club for Wooden Spoons coupled with a 4 decade Premiership drought that messes with their feeble little intellects so much.
