Shame they can’t do much with that endThey still stick the away fans on a crumbling terrace with no roof! Rest of it is good though lol

Etihad is 55k, its the next biggest northern stadium.
Any chance this happens
And where does the grand final go Etihad is too small
Unless they play it on the road in wales / Scotland / Ireland like they did for the cup ?
I’m going to lodge an objectionHull KR plans for new training facilities for the club as a part of a much bigger retail and community development:

Pubs are closing left right and centre in England. Not a good investment. A hotel? lol I can tell youve never been down Preston road!
Four extra training fields, car park and small amount of retail
The commercial benefit looks minor
Why don’t they build a hotel or pub with so much land there ?
Actually walked past the ground when I was in hullPubs are closing left right and centre in England. Not a good investment. A hotel? lol I can tell youve never been down Preston road!
Loos a nice mix of money generating retail, community facilities and club facilities.
Like I said pubs are really struggling in uk, and one game day a fortnight isn’t enough to sustain one there. If you have actually walked down there you would not have made the stupid suggestion of building a hotel there lolActually walked past the ground when I was in hull
Lovely part of the town seen a guy walking down the street his face was all bleeding during the middle of the day and said hi
There was a cafe or shop in an old train carriage if I remember correctly
Dunno why a pub at the ground wouldn’t be a huge success with the game day stuff they have at one end

Only other option is playing it in London at Tottenham 63k or Wembley 90k.
Cardiff could well be the favoured choice, 74k and fans love the city
