Which is probably council owned? There isnt room to add another 4000 seats unless the pool is demolished.

You cant build on the corner, there's a road there (in the photo I posted)Fill in the corners and build on the touchline near the pool
16k though would cover them for ten years though
Yes council built it in 2010. Maybe in anther 15 years or so they'd be happy to pull it down. Lets see how Dragons go filling 16k before worrying about more expansion! They currently avg 9-10k.Which is probably council owned?
In an ideal world craven park would have a capacity of around 15k-16k which would be ideal for the robins. The temp east stand extension is complete at Craven Park. Adds an extra 1000 to capacity. New capacity is 11,200.
816 seats are set aside for away fans.
With nearly 10,000 full season memberships sold there will only be around 500 tickets available to home fans on game day. A ticket buy back scheme has been increased to try and cater for non-members opportunity to buy tickets.
Craven street has also been redeveloped as well and the old south terrace demolished to give more room for Craven St vendors and fans.
I expect the temp South stand will return for season end if we are in the playoffs adding a further 1000 home seats to capacity.
Further digital advertising board are installed along with extra toilets for the bigger capacity and the big screen repositioned for better viewing angles.
All ready for next weeks KO to a sell out crowd!

Like I said, maybe 800 extra in that corner but they'd be cheap seats so probably dont justify the high construction cost, especially as the dragons avg is currently no where near the 16k the new capacity will be.
Looks like some space in those corners

This is unprecedented for HKR. Even back in the early 80's when we were one of the best sides in the world and winning trophies we werent getting this crowd avg back in the old 12.5k capacity Craven Park.In an ideal world craven park would have a capacity of around 15k-16k which would be ideal for the robins.
Its not needed. Dragons avg 9k in a 13k stadium at the moment. They will prob put temp seating in there when the Gausch stand is closed for redevelopment you'd think.Temp seated stand?
You think 12k-13k is KR’s ceiling? This is unprecedented for HKR. Even back in the early 80's when we were one of the best sides in the world and winning trophies we werent getting this crowd avg back in the old 12.5k capacity Craven Park.
Hopefully it continues and we feel confident to invest the 1.5mill pounds in the permanent East stand extension and find the big $'s to redevelop the West stand. a capacity around 12-13k would be ideal, the supply demand issue at the moment means everyone is buying a full season membership.
Guaranteed money in the bank and encourages people to turn up as they've already paid. Its in quite a nice sweet spot. Very few clubs will bring close to the 800 away fan section so no need for more there for most games.
Yes it’s temporaryTemp seated stand?
Quite possibly. Hulls a small city with three professional clubs. Theres only two RL clubs in SL with avg's higher than 13k. Like I said I think our previous best crowd avg was around 8,500 so we are already into uncharted territory! I expect our crowd avg to hit around the 10k this year, if the away clubs come close to filling the 800 seats on offer. You think 12k-13k is KR’s ceiling?
He was asking about Stade Brutus in that corner, not the temp stand at Craven park, I think?Yes it’s temporary
If demand justifies it they will build something permanent
It all comes down to time and money of course and if it’s cost effective etc but there’s also the greater humberside/East Riding/east yorkshire or whatever it’s called today region and north Lincolnshire that could be targeted also.Quite possibly.
