Best start to the season in club history, currently equal first on the live ladder, and team & fan spirit on a high.

I love Shouty Dan. I honestly believe he's the best in the business right now. I've said that here before. His origin calls for triple M are awesome. Wish ch9 could snag him just for those 3 games. He brings a sense of occassion unlike Matt Thompson on 9 and Warren Smith on Fox zzzzzzzzzzz

One of the commentary team said it well that "this is the kinda win you build a season on".

The pleasing thing is we're getting the W reliably against mid-low table teams so far, the wins you'd expect a contender to pick-up.

Sure we lost to the Raiders & Storm, but they're top tier clubs this season.. and we'll get a rematch against the Raiders (at home!) later, and although we're not scheduled to face the Storm in the regular season, I wouldn't be surprised if we meet them in September - and by then who knows how much we may have improved?

The squad depth is such a bloody relief.

For too long, we've been in a position where we lose a linchpin (or multiple linchpins) & the whole thing falls apart for weeks
- not just the player/players absence, but also the clunky performances as star(s) get rushed back in a panic & play at less than 100% fitness.

In this new era, there's no pressure to rush ANYONE back - because there's a confidence that the next man up can do their job.

That is unheard of in Warriors history.
