TCT was up in arms about the possibility of BA being overlooked for Mal in Perf.

I think they were more up in arms about Mal being a bit like Madge. Tasted success of a team full of guns, but not having built a roster from scratch.

I think BA is the right guy for that, but not the right guy for Perth of they need a big personality. who can smile tell jokes and win everyone over with his charm. BA has all the charm of a brick.

If Mal can attract huge name assistants who can run a club and coach a team (ie; do what BA can do) then he's the right guy.
