Massive cripple fight.

Penrith with plenty out but no excuses coming off a bye. Usually struggle in these Origin disrupted encounters but their shithouse early season form has them potentially missing out on the 8. So they really have to be up for this one. Otherwise start checking out Jetstar flights to Bali in September.

Any truth to the idea that the Knights attack better without Ponga? Will find out on Saturday.

The numbers at the Bathurst Lapidary club monthly meeting won't be taking a hit on Saturday. They may even pick up a few new members as people look for something worthwhile to do instead of watching whatever this abomination dishes up.

Knights 13+ errors, incompleted sets, missed tackles, offloads conceded and points conceded.

We won back in 2023 against Newcastle with an Origin depleted team but we were a different proposition then. Not confident, even considering the Knights recent showings.

We’ve got about 6 blokes missing aswell and even at full strength we’re still garbage. You’ve got nothing to worry about your blokes will lap us.

Man Origin should be standalone with all teams on byes. This game is going to be absolute and complete cringe.

An 8-1 scoreline is not impossible

Ponga, and who else?
Marzhew, Best and J Saf. I thought Lucas was out for a while too but he’s named. Our side is better than first thought aside from a horrific left edge.

You blokes will still beat us comfortably thought, we’re totally shot.

If we can find a way to lose to Souths, Cowboys and Dolphins all in succession with a near full team, then we are far from sure things against your mob with 5+ top liners missing.
