Jimmy Smith on SEN today said that Isaac Moses went back to Parramatta on Sunday and said he hasn’t signed with Canterbury if you up the offer you can still have him however Ryles put a limit on the money offer and Matthew Beach backed his coach. Did not raise offer.

Also said we will sign Sandon Smith for 1 year as Sandon is unsure on parra and wants to test market with new clubs coming in.
The Eels are unsure on him as well.

I understand what you're saying but Lewis is different. I've watched English league since the 80's and Lewis does things under pressure like no other. He's the type of player that rises to the occasion. French is another one but I'd way prefer Lewis. Remember George Williams was going really well before home sickness ruined it. It's definitely a tad risky but could pay off big time.
The thing that sucks is the Dodd experiment probably scared NRL clubs off any English players. Never understood Souths buying Dodd. He couldn't even crack into the English team

Dodd was 22 and carving up in the ESL. That’s even lower risk than a 22 year old carving up in the NSW Cup.

Sexton is worse than Hawkins and Volkman, we have younger and better fits still unsigned .Twidle is waiting for an offer, he’s at least a 5/8 as he showed in the pre season. Fletcher and Talatina even younger and under contract, why even think of an ex Titan failure.

Obviously you weren’t serious, because it was that dumb, Sexton ,my goodness, there was a reason he played behind Tanah Boyd.

Sexton is no star but he's definitely a first grader, and up there with the best defensive halves. Hawkins and Volkman aren't first graders. Volkman might become one but he isn't yet.
