Must just be me but the long struggle to get out of the car park, takes forever, and even when you do it takes another 35 minutes to get onto the M4, get home have a microwave dinner only to read the last ten pages or so to find out how shit we were is rather depressing.

I thought it was a good win. Parra were up for it make no mistake about that.

Far from perfect but we toughed it out when things didn’t always go our way.

Despite from has been suggested by the forum experts I thought Lindsay had his best game of the season as did Leota.

I thought Moses had back his leg speed and drive today. Lindsay too.

Very impressed with how Blaize Talangi is coming on, he's starting to make some very impressive tackles. To'o hit like a freight train today too.

Milky is quite the surprise packet too had a good game. Nathan had some big moments. Young Patea looks to have some impact. All of the backs well over 100 meters. Most of the forwards close to 100 meters. Scotty too hotty 98, Liam Martin 78, with some big hits too. Moses 114, Yeo 87, Patea 100, Matty E only 32, but took 19 dirty runs out of the backfield, Martin 42 tackles, Scotty 38, Mitch Kenny 38.

So on the whole a real good effort.

To be frank I was worried about today, especially the bench that Ivan picked. But as usual he knew what he was doing.

Good win in both grades, laurie on the bench is a waste of space. You can't pick guys on the bench you don't intend to use.We get tired late in the game and we are only using 16 players bloody joke. With Edgar and attard coming through the grades it's time to say goodbye to laurie.Hopefully Billy Scott can be fast tracked to 1st grade next yr im over kenny and sommerton both slow and take wrong options. We need to beat tigers and go on a roll. The top 8 starting to breakaway.

laurie was the insurance policy. which i thought was smart.

Do we bring Garner back to centre for his defense ?

Or leave Mclean there ?

Bench

Patea

I Paps

Sorro

keep a utility on the bench....maybe Garner.....perhaps....to be honest I have no idea......

Or he could give others a spell in the 2nd row......

I'm pretty clueless here though......

Played ok, did what we had to.

No wonder young players leave this club so often, Hasett been banging around cup for at least 2 years, finally gets a shot in NRL and plays well in a game when a lot of guys played shit and still cant get back on the bench. If i was a parent or agent or friend id be telling harry to get the f**k out of there right now.

I'm not going to debate the same old "who's not up to it" or the "such and such should do this" crap, and I'm definitely not going to entertain fools with rubbish about the "Ivan hasn't got a clue" shit, when NOONE in these forums knows what's going on behind the training room door.

BUT, I will talk about the filthy attitude from the Parramatta fans who think they have the right to poach every half decent player in the competition, with three of our products in their first team, and then boo like little cry babies when Blaize Talagi's image appeared on the big screen.

I detest their existence and can only laugh when I look at the lack of Parra juniors this joke of a club doesn't keep and try to mould for the benefit of the future.

Well, I suppose a near 40 year drought will turn a once proud club into the shambles we see nowadays with the stupidest roster building and management making it a laughing stock.

I HATE PARRA...

It was a joke. Sorensen was struggling for the last 10 - 15 while Laurie is warming the bench. Ivan is a total joke with his bench come at me.

Edwards being under the weather explains things perfectly. Sorro was great, we finished far stronger than them. Many of you are weird ass f**ks that need to be angry about something.

Oh yeah like Daine is the only possible cover for an under weather Dylan, what horseshit.

Sorro been shit all year, you are just weird f**k who likes acting superior to other poster without ever doing or saying anything wothwhile. You just have this "i know better" attitude without ever posting anything with substance, eat a dick.

On form it's better to move Jenkins to fullback mid game than not play Laurie off the bench at all in case he might maybe be needed.

I don't agree with that, Jenkins was poor at fullback and there's benefits to not shuffling.

That was a good tough win. We had to grind that one out for 80 mins to make sure we got the 2 points.
I think we will gain some confidence out of that.
Our defence was heaps better than most other games this season.
I actually think the whole team seemed to stay focused through the whole game. I think that's been an issue for us.
Sorensen looks like he is starting to struggle.
Patea is coming along nicely.
Just need Garner and Papalii back fit and hopefully some more game time for hassett.

And that's the ugly side of the internet.

As you say "weird ass f**ks" critics who know about 5% of the rant they carry on with complaining about a win...

Go figure.

Laurie has been a liability this season. That's not a controversial take and it doesn't need a PHD in football science to see it. The lack of confidence is reasonable from a fans perspective and to make it worse since he wasn't used we played without a forward while Sorenson was struggling to even breathe for the last 10 minutes. Ivan is a great coach but his bench usage could be better.

WTF Dude? Jenkins was poor compared to who? Jenkins had a more than decent game when he started at fullback early in the season.

If you are saying Jenkins is poor compared to Edwards, especially a fit Edwards - Fine, I think we can all agree on that.

But we are presumably comparing Jenkins to Laurie. That being the case, Jenkins has performed far better in that role.
