We let him go and won 2 more premierships. That's a massive W.
I guess the 2024 premiership is the one Luai helped the most to achieve but that was only during the regular season. He barely fired a shot in any finals game for us and yes I know our side is based around Nathan

That argument can be had if we win the 2025 premiership.

Likewise Burton. If you win two comps letting star players go then it's an easy one to assess. You've made the right call.

Yeah they are going well but I'm bitter about Katoa haha
He's looking very much the real deal atm. Has had the yips in big moments in his career so far, but that's something that can turn around very quickly at his age.

Would look very good in blue. Preferably in the 7 alongside Luai.

Back to the game.

Warriors attack isn't all that special. Second last for linebreaks/offloads and mid-table for tries scored. However they are a very disciplined team. Least number of errors and penalties conceded in 2025.

The Warriors conceded 30 against Souths. But that was off an intercept and a huge game from Latrell. I don't think we are scoring those kind of points. Need to find our defensive resolve and grind out a win.

Seriously though, I hope it gives you some relief.

Thanks......It's a waiting game. Even a little relief would be welcome. For the past 8 weeks or so, I've been basically bed bound.
Finding it difficult to sit up for an extended period of time. So it's been fun and games.
heats helps, so I either lie down with the electric blanket on, or sit up on top of a heated throw rug.......

Both which help.

Hopefully in a couple of weeks, things will have improved.

They'd beat anyone in any circumstances the way they're going atm.
Anyone remember '86? We had a purple patch mid-season like they are having now. Pretty sharp attacking side under Sheens. Running 4th after flogging the Roosters in round 15. Ended as quickly as it started.

Laurie, Schnieder and Eiso all listed in the 13. Hopefully some late changes before kickoff. At least we have some backrowers availale now to pick from. Edgar on the extended bench is very interesting.

The best we could hope for realistically. 13 is the only position Huth should ever be considered for. I'd prefer Cole for Schneider but it is what it is. I'm not ready to completely write Laurie off although it's getting to last chance saloon. Backline is a shoot out for a starting spot so should at least be competetive.

Maybe a redemption arc for those who played Newcastle.

I'd be happy to try Blaize, Edgar or even Cole in the 1. But if Daine brings his old game then he is best option.

It would be fun and interesting but to move Blaize would be crazy really
