Surely the Dragons have got someone coming their way in repayment. Latu has a back problem and the Dogs will look after him so I guess the Dragons wont wear any of that cost. I bet Latu is feigning the real extent of his injury because crook backs are reasonably hard to diagnose and fooled the Dragons into releasing him early and you watch he will be running with the Dogs in a few weeks time. It hasn't worked Ghostrider22. When you buy cheap you don't reap, any rewards. While we have paid a bit for players like Holmes and Gutherson, the balance of the squad on average aren't on too much, I think, and as such the results on the field are really not much chop overall.

We need a squad of players that are quality with speed, endurance, strength and resilience who can outrun the opposition in attack together with bone jarring defence. Don't wait 'til the opposition come to you but charge at them with speed and strength. Stop them in their tracks.

I really hope that the young ones coming through have plenty of speed training, increase their stamina for endurance and maintain great fitness and strength. Speed is essential and is the key to success in league and obviously having great players to execute well.

The issue of TPA's often gets a mention and whilst it is evident other clubs do offer them their disclosure and detail is also most non-existent.

Is it remotely possible that we do in fact offer them pissant as they may be and we still get rejected?

Maybe we are so on the nose that our BOD are too embarrassed to admit it?

Surely Flanno gets the final say yes or no on player movement?? Like it or not Latu was a massive cock up ( Flanno included ) and when things drag out time wise surely the coach should be asking some serious questions to those who are responsible.

Sack all staff but Flanno and Carr in the football department and hire new professional staff. Promote our reserve-grade coach to first-grade assistant coach (defense).

If we don't have a new prop lined up to come on board before June 30, fill the top 30 with the next juniors in line for promotion. Then progressively front-end player's contracts for those we want to keep next season.
