It’s only a pot shot if you think someone’s record over 14 games means anything. I’m happy with Ryles. Maybe even excited.Just taking petty little pot shots at your bald heroes replacement.

Our back office has shut the leaks so well even the players and the agents we are talking to don't know that we are.Good point. Our Back Office has turned the corner with everyone keeping shtum and working in unison. The foundations were laid a few years ago.
Great defenders is exactly what our pack needs more of.I watch him just about every week mate. It’s not 2018 anymore.
Still a great defender and will add experience. But I think he’s pretty one dimensional with the ball.
I honestly don’t know how he suits our new style of play. Seems like a signing BA would have made to be honest.
Even JDB doesn’t know he’ll be at Parra next year! Our back office has shut the leaks so well even the players and the agents we are talking to don't know that we are.
He does by now because his mum would have read the SMH and told him.Even JDB doesn’t know he’ll be at Parra next year!
100kgs lighterWell...I mean...I wasn't far off ...
De Belin wouldn't be much younger than the Coal Train...
Read somewhere the right price was $350k per year.JDB wow!! Jim and Mon were keeping this signing under their beds!!!
From what I’ve seen from the Saints he’s been on one their more reliable players this year.
His signing is hardly going to move the needle but it’s more experience for a young team. He can do a job for us at the right price.
Viagra can move the needle more than DEBELIN.JDB wow!! Jim and Mon were keeping this signing under their beds!!!

Very good mateJDB wow!! Jim and Mon were keeping this signing under their beds!!!
We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking up at the stars.Viagra can move the needle more than DEBELIN.
Remember Kevin Stevens
I think he’s a decent signing but he could also provide f**k all to us. He is 35 next year ffs. If I was them I wouldn’t give a shit if he was leaving.Dragons fans hurting
SameI wouldn’t have signed but then again I didn’t want JAC, now I love him.
I was very keen on JAC and am happy with De Belin also.I wouldn’t have signed but then again I didn’t want JAC, now I love him.
ffsI think he was signed for his experience, and to toughen up our ruck defence.
Attack-wise, we can rely more on other forwards.
Yep, the problem with our old forwards isn’t that they’re old (Paulo is older than all of them and he’s having his best season in years), it’s that they don’t give a shit any more. They were re-signed to be leaders and they’ve let us down for a second straight year.Exactly why I labelled it as an 'interesting' signing.
Never someone who crossed my radar that we would look to sign but as someone else commented, we need some experience in the pack to give the younger guys time to develop and Debelin's form of late is way better than Lane, Cartwright, Offa, and probably Matto.
We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking up at the stars.
28 would have pretty much been the average retirement age for a forward back then. Obviously there were exceptions but Stumpy did have an 9 year FG career. Is this the same Stevens who joined a pack who already had Ray Price, Ron Hildich and signed Leader Steve Edge
And was only 28yo in 1981?
