Is the Board sabotaging us so Flanno fails and then Dean Young gets the Head Coaching roles. They couldn't make more stupid calls if they were trying. JDB leaving early makes absolutely No sense. Actually, Not offering him one more year makes absolutely NO sense. Our Board is the pits. Fecking useless cxnts.

Yes it's a great little theory but there's a teeny tiny amount of llogical reasoning behind it, such as:

1) If the BOD really wanted Young as coach, why didn't they just appoint him as head coach when he applied and was interviewed for the role in 2019, only for Hook to win out?

2) As above, why wouldn't they have appointed Young in 2023 rather than Flanagan?

3) If the BOD really wanted Dean Young as coach, then why did they proactively head hunt Ryles for the head coaching role in 2023? Why wouldn't they just appoint Young?

The useless coach is the one calling the shots and has been for 2 years now, you're incredibly foolish to still not own up to your ill placed support of the coach.
