The thing that I find most baffling is what Politis said to PVL to get Satan his licence back, and why?

Did he ask for a PVL personal favour? If so, why would he grant this and what other favours has he granted? Who else has he done this for? Why?

Was any credible evidence was provided by Politis to show Satan had changed his ways?

These are just a couple of the sorts of questions that need to be asked, but never are.
