Souths tried hard and gave their all. The problem is the current squad reached their use by date in 2023 and their best is well below the good teams these days. Too many older players in the squad

I loved Andrew Webster complaining in his post game presser that Egan got called for offside when he was fully onside if only we would do the same re calls like the Wighton one! Then he went on to say Walsh 3 metres offside his Wahs got nothing.

Webster didn’t blame it on Wahs losing but said it’s the principle they penalise players out of nowhere when they haven’t infringed.

Why is aiken in the centres? Already we have a pedestrian team and his positional play is crap,tass should be in, plus im not happy with munro who comes infield and leaves the wing open, stay on your wing son and if the centres cant stop a try its their fault, not yours,he also cant make any headway he gets manhandled and he only good when he is in the clear,coming out of his own line he has trouble,he needs more nsw experience,lets give mellars a go

His try assist and kicking metres dried up when he moved to 6 and Ilias to 7.

We have a much larger member and junior base than most of the clubs with a Women’s team and we are looking in from the outside.

I couch a girls u/14 team and the growth in girls participation is exploding.

We will be one of the last clubs to join the comp…

They submitted requests from day 1. We’ve been overlooked a number of times. We should’ve been a foundation nrlw team.

Here is a stat for you the last 7 games we have had Todd Smith we have lost all 7 games.

2 wins and 8 losses record under him so far I think. Think we had him for a trial game against Manly too the other year in Gosford penalties were 11-3 to them so make that 2 and 8.

He’s now my second most hated after Atkins. All the 50/50 calls both **** us over with! Rinse and repeat!

As a foundation NRL club with the most premierships and a huge supporter base it should be a no-brainer that we have a womens team.

I get it and understand your frustration but shouldn’t we be focusing on what we do have at the moment? We can’t get it right in any of our men’s teams. We are almost last in every division.
we need to get our ship in order first and get it back to where it should be before bringing in another team to stretch funding, resources to.
