He can just FO
Wheres all the posters around here that were praising him the other week for having a game with no mistakes.
The noise they were making was so loud it was like he will be the next immortal ffs
TBF he did have a good game the week before. That’s not untrue.

And I don’t think it was unreasonable to acknowledge that performance and hope it would lead to better things, which is all most people were saying.

when they play good, they should get credit. Happens with Ford too

Please. Someone with a bit of speed.

Yeah this is our real glaring hole in the team - we have no guys that can blast through a hole and leave them for dead. Metcalf is fast but not express, he and (even this is debatable) Dallin are the only two with any sort of speed and they're both out!

Who was the last truly quick winger we had? Walsh a few times, then we're talking Fus and Fish?

But he has never played good.

However he has played lazy, played half assed and played in 2nd gear.
He also played in 1 game and gave up half way through it.

Should of had his contract torn up straight away

Cant remember how much tow Fish and Fus had, but Oudenryn and Justin Murphy were proper quick. Bit depressing having to go that far back though.

Fish was crazy fast, couldn't mark or defend for jack though.

Kevin Locke had some wheels before moving to fullback, then yes beyond that we're going way back...
Locke was legit quick and Fisiahi was even quicker. SJ was bloody quick in the first half of his career though he was only ever a half.

We will never win a comp unless we have some speedsters. It's a shocking anti-trait of the Warriors for some time.

The frustration that I previously had with Ford is that he was holding back players with bigger upside, such as Halasima, Vaimauga, Laban...my frustration with him is somewhat lessened by having these players so firmly embedded in the side.

It's hard for me to exclude Ford when there isn't a player who would be clearly better in his role. (I think with Barnett in the side, able to play bigger minutes, the dynamic changes considerably for me).

The same is true of Kosi. Who is fit, ready and better? Graham-Taufa? We saw how he went. Harper? Really?

Without question, I'd rather have had Tuaupiki over Kosi v the Broncos. But with CNK out, we're still faced with playing Kosi, or someone else....who is that someone else?

I’d take Harper over Kosi. What do people have against him?

Are they sneaking too many feeds at Wendy's?

Seriously though, we shouldn't underestimate how quick Manu was (as JJ pointed out earlier).

I think JJ was making a joke about his drug dealing...but yeah, Vatuvei was genuinely fast and faster than most of those named. Peak for peak I would've backed him in over someone like Locke over a 100m sprint and probably 40m too. Of course, with big blokes their speed is less functional for rugby league because they are slower over the first 5-10 and need to be moving in a straight line for max speed.
