How the F did Young end up with it on the last tackle?

We'll lose this challenge. Absolute waste

I don't think Cleary will be in the side next year.

Because I'm starting to suspect that he will take an early release to be UK-based near Mary. So this is his Origin swansong, and he was conscious of that and it's put him off his game.

Which means this is his final Panthers year too... but I think the 4 in a row was their dream goal, and they (and he) have been struggling to keep the fire burning there too.
I have no idea why, but I’m with you. I re on he does they or cops 2mil a year playing French Rugby. I don’t see why he’d want to stay here he has everything already

How’s it a knock on if you pull it into your own foot and kick it back before it hits the ground?
Also how does latrell just get to play the ball? It’s either a penalty or he went ouf

Yep, and I don't think the coach will stand in the way of his son's early release...

Panthers also have form on granting compassionate grounds releases (The Fish to relocate countries and be with family). Produce an engagement ring and Nathan's off I reckon.

Credit where it's due though - a phenomenal defensive effort by Queensland. And the completion rate stat is amazing at this level/for this type of contest.

They made sure they mastered the fundamentals, while our coach seems to have been in dreamland.

I think Queensland win tonight.

Just smells and feels like a QLD ambush.

NSW are walking wounded.

I hate the fact Daley has repeated the same mistake as he did in his previous tenure by staying loyal to the same 17 that lost in Perth.

Nice guy but isn't ruthless enough to be a coach

He only had to make 1 tweak and that was move King to the bench start with Keanon from Souths and punt stefano.

Billy was ruthless he dropped Fotuika after a win.

And ill compare Daley to Madge last year.

We flogged QLD in game 2 in Melbourne now Daley would have kept the same side imo.

Madge didn't he dropped Haumole for the decider and brought in Mitch Barnett because it suited the conditions/occasion. And was vindicated with the result.

Barnett was on of our best in that game and if you go off Laurie's philosophy he wouldn't have made a change.

That for me sums up the difference between having a proper coach & media pundit.

A tweak here and there for the side can make all the difference.

NSW may win tonight and i hope they do.

But if they lose is Daley brave enough to punt Nathan Cleary next year i doubt it
Well I hate being right

Daley is a fraud as a coach

Yep, fitting end to proceedings there.

I'd be struggling to give any NSW player higher than a 5 out of 10 tonight. It's seemed very Wests Tigers like... maybe that'll be Laurie's next coaching destination, when Benji inevitably gets boned.
