I don’t think we have. Look at the players that left and weren’t replaced and then look at the ’unavailabale’ players like Cartwright, matterson and Lane. We may be spending above the minimum but there’s a lot being spent front loading players or paying for players elsewhere. The value of the 17 we roll out each week is well below our opposition each week
