that is smart of the Cowboys as a way of quasi expanding (especially taking the women's team there). I feel that the Knights need to claim the central coast and could take a similar avenue by having their women's team play some games at Gosford or Woy Woy and also having a leagues club in Gosford. It is not right that the Knights have allowed the Roosters to claim the location.

100% agree for both points here.

Also interesting that NthQld are starting to utilise Cairns since there was talk that PNG's bid would be a PNG/Cairns hybrid. And, I suppose, future-proofing Cowboys territory should PNG be falling into a heap after the 10yr government funds dry up and a relocation to FNQ be a real possibility.

Or it might just be coincidental.

They didn't spend much money on the area. It wasn't in their junior league. The Roosters teamed up with Woy Woy. That's how they got established, and that was nigh on 20 years ago when it started. The Roosters putting time, effort and money. The Knights didn't. The Roosters even established an academy up there, and have central coast Rooster teams in the Harold Matthews, S G Ball and Tarsha Gale Cup competitions.

No one has a "God given" right to any area if they neglect it. Heck its part of the reason why the Roosters lost part of it junior league area back in the 1950s to Souths.

Roosters have some of the best juniors in the nrl

They can change the whole perception of the club by letting them mature In first grade

I think Dce will be closer to Chad Townsend than cooper cronk

I think they’ve benefitted most from the collapse of Union and they seem very active in Sydney’s private schools

I don't think junior pathways is an issue for the Titans. They just need to recruit smartly, players and coaching. They never do...
Foran was ok for them but he's never really played well for anyone other than Manly.
Get rid of some players starting with David Fafita. Kelly and Sami have been stinking it up for too long on the left side, move them on. Get a proper halfback, they should be trying to bring Sexton back. They need some forwards who will just tackle to a standstill.

Yep. I think my club really dodged a bullet with Fifita opting to stay at the Titans. I know peas which have a bigger heart than he does (on the field that is).
