How that guy has lasted 6 years??!?

Was gone 2 or 3 years ago.
Red pen had the cap off and they were about to put a line thru his name when ponga did a Jarrod hayne and pulled off a one man show to win 11 straight and go basically from the bottom to the semi's.
They resigned the coach for 4 or 5 years???

AOB and CF.
The parallels are frightening.

Ricky John Stuart last won an NRL premiership in 2002 - That for me is a modern day miracle.

Ricky is untouchable.
Won a SOO Series.
Won a premiership.
A legend in Canberra and Furners beat mate so has that job til he dies.

AOB and CF have ridden on the coattails of Bellamy and Robinsons success before being given their own clubs.
Both have been given good rosters.
Both clubs have invested huge dollars in one players.
Neither have ever had their sides play to their full potential over consistent years.

...also if you've been at Rorters you are pretty much a protected species.
Anasta and cronk at Fox would still be getting Gold watch xmas gifts from Politis so no way they dump on a favourite son.
Why is there crickets about CF?
Benji cops it every single week.
Ciraldo and Ryles both blasted in their first years for not setting the world on fire.

None of those guys have had the roster CF has.

That club has been a circus for so many years now. AOB should have been gone years ago

Gus will somehow magically squeeze Ponga into the Dogs salary cap

Had an article on foxsports today about coaches under pressure, CF wasn't mentioned.

On the surface there is far too much of a perception of comfort down there at Woolooware Bay.
