I was surprised by Guymer today. Thought he played his best game since his debut. Made some great tackles and nice hands for the first try.

The kid was always good, developing nicely! Just needs time!

Ryley Smith has fallen off a cliff, TDS should be turned into a 80min dummy half going forward smith has just stood out in a team of merkins not having a crack.

You clearly missed the point of my post.

I said he is going well

To take the next step he needs to be the support man when we break through.

He could have scored 3 tries today in that first half with the breaks we made.

He wasn't in the same postcode as the player who made the break in any of them.

Ill tell you right now Paps, Hammer, Gutho, Teddy all score from those breaks we made as there on the spot.

Is it positional or fitness anyway it needs to be addressed.

Problem at centre is he throws those fkn ridiculous offloads or no look passes that are pretty poor and kill the attack. Hes still really solid but just needs to work on his defensive reads with simmo.

TDS has a loooooong way to go Smith is still better than him.

Tbf to Avenger he called out Lomax early and said he should be back on the wing after 30 mins in Melbourne and that Centre wasn't his position due to the errors he was making.

Lomax badly needs Moses back and we also need to stop kicking for him off every set.

Its become predictable and no longer a play that's going to end up in the positive.

Our last set in the first half we were making meters for fun rolling up the middle of balls from TDS in the second half we moved away from it.
We need to speak to the NRL about not having a half time...

I spoke to a very prominent person in the Panthers system and I picked their brain about some of our players. He didn’t rate Ryley Smith as a genuine first grader and said he probably wouldn’t have played first grade at Penrith. He thinks he’s a level below. I commented on how Parra had TDS as well and said he thinks he’ll be a good player and the superior player. I asked him about Iongi and he said he thinks he will become a good player but obviously he was stuck behind Edwards at Penrith. He thinks he probably would have played first grade eventually if he was at Penrith. Just a bit of perspective from someone who was involved in the development of those guys.

Every time they make a line break, I tell my wife, watch them f**k this up.....and they always do....

We are simply the stupidest team I've ever witnessed. It's embedded. I don't know how they can fix this. It's these errors that is costing us games. Along with the referees not helping.

Yep. You can’t coach out the dumb in merkins. You need to recruit smarter players.

The basic fundamentals like picking up a loose ball can be coached though. It’s concerning that we can’t do it.
