Yes because cancer is on rise. Phantom thinks plastics and thats definitely proven to have cancer risks. I think food, diets and pesticides are causing it. T Boon think it was the vaccinations. Also possible as they have caused other diseases/deaths.

Statistically counted cancer rates can only rise if cancer diagnoses rises, however actual cancer rates ( diagnosed and undiagnosed combined ) don't need to rise for diagnosis rates to increase.

Cancer survival rates are also increasing, and the population is getting older. Used to be you'd only get cancer once, on account of it killed you and jobs done.

There'd be a whole variety of other factors that would be contributing, looking for one, or a "leading cause" is likely a fools game

It's increasing in younger adults in 30s and 40s.

Australia is no 1 but it also could be that we have the best medical system. Lowest rates are in countries who probably are unable to detect it and poor health system.
But Japan,Singapore and Italy rates are almost half ours. Im unsure what their health systems are like

List of countries by cancer rate - Wikipedia https://share.google/afLUSJGuoHMGvXshc

Also Melanoma is very prevalent here, and we know what causes it, so that pushes shit up

Checking that link it also has mortality rates, which really reflects your health system, and although we are number one in incidence, we're 105th in mortality.

And back on melanoma it lists 212,322 cases including melanoma, and 151,529 without, so more than a 1/4 of cases (61k) are melanoma.

I tried to march in the pro-Israel march today but it was too wet and I didn't care enough to get wet and also it was probably cancelled. I don't mind Israel, they are far from saints but I like them a lot better than Iran and Homas. The Palestinians should not have voted Homas into power. Palestine peoples should stand up and remove Homas. I think otherwise I have to think they like them.
Overall it is a difficult one. I wish for world peace but I am not going to waste much time wishing.
Everyone wishes for world peace but when you invade a country and kill innocent young people at a dance party the reaction can be brutal.

Brutal... and perhaps a little beyond "an eye for an eye" too?

The world is clearly starting to tell the current Israeli government that they have (and continue to) overstep the line, in invading territories that aren't theirs to control (Gaza and Westbank).

Israeli has has much better governments than this one - governments whose approach meant many less deaths to Israeli civilians within Israel's agreed borders, and to citizens of neighbouring territories in the region.

In 2000- 2005 Palestinians would strap bombs to their own children and send them on suicide missions. I think none of us know what is really going on.
Yep quite frankly people accusing Minns being pro-Israel is just a cop out.

Both are as bad as each other.

He didnt want the march to proceed because the proper checks and safety procedures weren't in place in time.

Have any of these do gooders on the bridge yesterday wondered how much this has cost the state government with the overtime costs/rates the cops that have had to be summoned across the state to cover this event. And the cost to the economy in the city.

I have a couple of friends who know cops who are stationed at Riverstone and the Central coast.

They had to get 8-10 staff from each station to work an overtime shift on short notice to cover for this. And i imagine that would have been at most posts across the Sydney metro.

So that's money just pissed down the drain.

And in all honesty what did yesterday actually achieve.

Other then a few leftards getting there day in the wet.

Great to see 100k marching in support of stopping a genocide. And that’s exactly what it is. They’re literally being starved to death by the Israeli regime.

A fella I know volunteered on the West Bank at an orphanage. His stories from over there are pretty wild. The orphanage is/was constantly raided and harassed by the IDF.

If you get a chance, watch “The Settlers” that was on BBC a few weeks back. Eye opening.

Not all people who deride the actions of the current Israeli Gov over it's stance in Palistine are lefties.
You ban marches or protests and you are looking down a very slippery slope.

My opinion is that Hamas don’t have the best interest of the Palestinian people in mind.

Well, it's quite clear that the Israeli govt don't either, hence their attempting to completely wipe them out. Either bomb them into submission or starve them to death. That is their clear goal.
It's genocide, pure and simple, and in this day and age, I don't get how the world can allow this to continue.
Hence, the reason for yesterday's march over the bridge.
It made a statement across the world, from little old Australia.
