I was being a bit facetious. But it could be argued that he took the ball after held so the whistle will blow as you can’t challenge a no whistle call.
I’m not sure where it’s at either but at one stage (iirc) it didn’t matter if the challenging team was right it wrong it was sin bin and no challenge looked at.
