I reckon he goes away with Australia on tour this year.Imagine the hype on Ethan Strange if he played at a Sydney club. Makes Galvin look like a schoolboy.

You have such a defeatist loser attitude - sometimes I think you wallow in the mediocrity like Poucifer.Signed: every NRL club.
You are such a knob. You really didn’t know what to post, but just felt compelled to sledge and include something about @Poupou Escobar. Which is basically all you do on here. You have such a defeatist loser attitude - sometimes I think you wallow in the mediocrity like Poucifer.
Of course every club wants those things - but that list is by no means unattainable. In fact, most of those things are necessary to properly be competitive.
It baffles me that the Pouciples are so scared of the club having any kind of success and ruining their "downtrodden minority" identity that they believe it's just "too hard, leave it as is".

Go away and come back when you have something worthwhile to contribute.
Agree, but he is starting 7 next year. Is there competition with that spot in 2026 ?How ironic that Sanders would be playing regular first grade right now if he hadn’t signed with the Raiders.

Well the ground forces need to protect their snipers, I guess.
And again you've made shit up to have a dig at me. This is what I said about Papalii's performance against Canberra:Yet when Joash misses just as much, you defend him endlessly. Can you see why that frustrates people? Or are you going to argue about this as well?
Sure but 60% tackle effectiveness is poor however you slice it
We look forward to you fabricating more bullshit to attack other posters.Mate he was poor. Ryley Smith was a much better defender in his third game and he played longer minutes against stronger opposition.
Papalii went well for a 21 year old playing out of position, but he wasn’t objectively good, or even average.
It's NRL tactics 101, and why teams usually hide a weaker defender at fullback.Interestingly, Joash missed 8 against the Raiders. They obviously identified a game plan that targeted those 2 young vulnerable 5/8’s. Brooks missed 6 against them 2 weeks ago. Good coaching.
Keep whining and play the victim, it's what you do best. This place has become unreadable of late.Well the ground forces need to protect their snipers, I guess.
And putting aside the results of one game (an interesting but meaningless sample), here's how they are defending this year:And interestingly Strange missed 5 tackles just recently against the lowly placed Knights.....
Then there was Strange's 8 missed tackles against the tigers.....also the 6 missed against the Storm...5 against Manly...
Oh in Strange's 4th NRL game (round 3 last year), he missed 9 tackles! If he was an eel, fans would have called for his dropping there! Then there is Sharks 6, dragons 6, dogs 6...
Looks like Strange is also vulnerable to being targeted! As expected with young halves..,
Anyhow it makes Joash defensively efforts seem ok considering his experience and transition to a new position....at least his 8 missed tackles were against the minor premiers (and not saying he is anywhere comparable to strange)
Your problem is you think we should be able to reverse 40 years of mediocrity by just sacking another scapegoat. As @Gronk points out, if it was that simple, everyone would be doing it.You have such a defeatist loser attitude - sometimes I think you wallow in the mediocrity like Poucifer.

He's been surprisingly ordinary in reserve grade. I expected him to go better this year. He is still young, but this is reserve grade ffsHow ironic that Sanders would be playing regular first grade right now if he hadn’t signed with the Raiders.
"pLaY tHe ViCtIm" ffs. If you attack merkins, don't complain when they call you out.Keep whining and play the victim, it's what you do best. This place has become unreadable of late.
To be honest it is pretty simple though clubs and fans are impatient..Your problem is you think we should be able to reverse 40 years of mediocrity by just sacking another scapegoat. As @Gronk points out, if it was that simple, everyone would be doing it.
You need a new script.Keep whining and play the victim, it's what you do best. This place has become unreadable of late.
