A clinic in the first half by Nathan, Blaize, Yeo etc To'o and Alamoti had field days. Second half wasn't great but I think they were conserving energy for the Ponies next week.

Absolutely incredible performance today, particullarly in the first half.

To me the funniest thing about this season is that if we had gone through the whole season playing to our potential everyone would have just gone it's just the Panthers doing the Panthers thing.

Instead we tanked the first half of the season ended up last and now it's turned into an incredible 'comeback' story. From the four time defending premiers. It's utterly ridiculous and you couldn't make it up.

They are scary good when they are firing. Who beats them when they are playing like that?
I knew they would put the cue in the rack in the second half. I would have liked to see them keep their foot on the throat but it would have just been for ego. Save some energy for next week.

Our middle was absolutely unreal that first 40. All of them, but Kenny especially was hitting like a freight train, really didnt seem to take kindly to missing a match. Some great work on the edges following it up (Too was unbelievable), but 2 more performances like that from our forwards and we canter this shit home.

Would this mean chins and Luke agreeing on something 2 times in a season .Never thought I would see the day that happened
Wait.
Chins said Garner played poorly??? That’s unheard of!! I really only said it because Garner came on and made our first handling error!

I actually couldn’t fault any of our team, they were outstanding! Dropped off in the 2nd half because we had the game won, but that’s all good.

Just a great game to be a Penrith Fan!

Cue in the rack yes but it wasn't just going back a few gears and is a concern

Kenny stays out there if the game is closer, Dogs scored off back to back Schneider high tackles.

So we at least concede a try less there. That makes the 2nd half 12-10 to them, even if we don't find another try ourselves that is still a decent 2nd half while in 4th gear

The only worry was the left edge, felt like they could go there and do damage at will in the second half in particular. But Preston is a tough player to handle at the best of times and Casey's movement was clearly hampered. If he's right to go next week I think we'll be fine.

That's not the first time a side has taken 2 points from an early penalty against us in recent years.

It's also not the first time our senior players have reacted that way by making a statement.

It's like they take it super personally that the opposition thinks that 2 points is going to be vital in the end.

The fact that some of our high performing players during the last 12 weeks were below par yesterday and we still won by 20 is very encouraging.

No Carrigan, a suspect Haas, a Reynolds not match fit and no Walters.

We only need to fix a couple of little things and a 6th GF is not out of the question.

Well, that was one for the ages. I was in a box with 11 doggies fans! Absolutely gave it to them!

one of our all time finals performances from the whole team. Except Garner, he was a bum.
My young bloke said that with 30 minutes to go there must have been a fire in the stadium, with the mass evacuation of doggie supporters. One game we wont forget for a long time.
