Rothfield is pretty quiet

After all the crap he threw at Madge all gear about overtraining the players, losing the playing group and then taking them on a boat cruise two days before a game they lost

What a dope

Tallis is the number one clown here. Rothfield ably supported but couldn't reach Gordon status.

Looks like a complete bellend right now.

Not surprised Harry Grant wasn't charged for his "trip", that was quite the imaginary penalty the bunker came up with.

I still can't understand Melbourne's lack of urgency.

Only Paps of the fabled big 4 was having a crack.

It was a f**king grand final and they were so casual.

No wonder Bellamy is 5/11 with 3 legit comps.

Horrible big game coach
Agree with most of this.

I genuinely think Munster is the main issue. He's a senior player, the highest paid, and I'm not convinced he actually gives a f**k if they win or lose?

Grant went missing second half but he at least looked devastated in the press conference.

Has Munster played well in any of his GFs?

2017 the Cowboys were never in the game and 2020 Smith played his final hand.

My GF memories of Munster will be him kicking and accused of biting players.

Last night he couldn't be bothered to eye gouge.

Freddy went 2/6 but atleast had a good game in 2002.

Comparing it to another sport, they’re a lot like Argentina in the 2022 FIFA World Cup. One superstar who can win them games surrounded by players whose job is to work their backsides off to make the game easier for the star.
Even Maradona in 1986 although he might have been fuelled but something stronger than toilet water.

Bellamy’s coaching is geared toward consistency. The issue with this is we never, ever have “gear changes” going into finals. We are just consistently great enough to be there or thereabouts.

The two recent comps we’ve won were both essentially blow overs. I know 2020 was close on paper but we were never losing that game.

We fold with a bit of adversity. It’s the biggest thing we miss from the Cam Smith days.

2 wins from our last 6 grand finals is no longer bad luck, we don’t prepare well for the big occasion - and if we do happen to be back next year I think the players will be f**king terrified unfortunately.

Late last year when doing a delivery the staff BWS I was at were complaining about McGuire being hard on them saying it was old school and not necessary

Madge is laughing now it’s exactly what was needed
