First it was 1 shot for life with tbis new super Mrna technology. Then it was 2.....
Then it was boosters every 6mths for variants.
Now its an annual thing......

The story just kept changing and thats when it started to smell like shit and I dont trust someone whis story keeps changing.
Imagine I sold you a product and this happened ffs. You'd think im dodgie
It was a highly dynamic situation where we were dealing with an event that most people were unprepared for.

No doubt some things could have been done better but I’m glad we didn’t offer everyone a piece of garlic.

Barry read the paper.
Oh the "experts" thats what they call them now hey......

I know plenty of people who never had any vaccine. When they had covid they had the same recovery time and effects from the illness as anyone else that was vaccined.
It was just a virus that fizzed out and had nothing to do with the vaccine. Look at Sweeden.

f**k scientists, f**k science, I have anecdotal evidence!

I've got a mate who wired up his own house, next door built around the same time and had a sparky do it.

Neither house has burned down, so paying for a sparky is a waste of f**king money?

I’m 100% behind you on this (no euphemism), but having spent a lot of my career dealing with scientists they are a prickly bunch prone to activism.

Do you think any of them overstated risk? I believe they did but it doesn’t change my overall view that it was a better alternative than garlic.

I assumed majority of these research/ scientist workers are funded by private drug companies to create new or improve current forumlas. Perhaps I am wrong. But I am unsure theyd keep jobs if didn't get results. So it would be in there best interests to get them imo.

The thing with science is that scientist like the rest of us can't predict the future, what they can offer is probability of a given outcome. So whilst some of the risk may have been overstated in hindsight, and I don't really know that it was, I think you'd probably find much of that would be from politicians, who aren't scientists and didn't really try to communicate the science, but rather were more interested in influencing behaviours.

The same scientists who said there was a big bang and the world was created LOL
A lot of research must of went into that theory.
Big bang

Same scientists who worked out if you stick the active in one ear and the neutral in the other, the electrons passing through your brain would cook it.

So now you know doing so is not a great idea, and your days at work are much safer.

Perhaps.

The fact that a lot of science is funded by pharmaceutical companies makes me question whether they can be impartial when it comes to communicating risk of disease, illness etc and the efficacy and/or necessity of new drugs.

I’m not going full cooker and saying all scientists are sellouts and big Pharma rules the world, but I do think it is a legitimate factor to consider.

I don't think the vaccine is harmful personaly ( Not completely out of question but ) And I dont think it is some sort of population control or anything wild like that.
I'd suggest it was a rushed product that just wasn't as effective as they thought and MAYBE not even needed. That could of come from panic and also businesses knowing there was a great opportunity to make money but time was crucial. So they cashed in. Keep in mind plenty of different pharmaceutical companies created their own versions worldwide.
If I had my time again I wouldnt of vaxxed amd id dare say 60% wouldnt of at a guess
