Junior Amone

I believe in forgiveness but that allows us to move on and I think we and he should do exactly that. No interest at all for him to come back.
It’s tantalising and in the broad it’s a good life value, but the problem with junior is that he’s shown zero public contrition or remorse.

He even ran an argument that he wasn’t even there which is a total abrogation of any responsibility.

Then we saw the footage of him leaving the country shortly after. Fugitive stuff.

He ran up to the roof with a hammer and roofie had to jump off a roof scared for his life and sustained terrible injuries. He could have died.

So no forgiveness from me.

He’s just a bad kind of person and there’s no inkling he’s turned over a new leaf. He’s had a lot of time to think about it, but where’s the public statement of sorrow? Nah, he probably still justifies it. Cretinous.

And the stupid reason for it, tradies parking on a nature strip so they can work on someone’s roof. Temporary at best and helps road traffic. He almost kills a person for that??!

The worst thing our neighbourhood would do ( packed with islanders too fyi) is offer the roofies a cold drink, maybe an ice cream.

And finally, Tyrone May met his maker when some of the panthers sponsors threatened to walk after his grand final “ I beat them all” crap.

I wouldn’t want my brand associated with the idiot.

Young men will make mistakes but his story of chasing a tradie on the roof was so bad I hope nobody signs him anytime soon. Both he and his dad are grubs
He has ruined his chances with Dragons along with Sulivan and Sloan. They all do not have a future at our club. I suggest the 3 of them to go to the ESL for a chance to redeem their career in rugby league.

So far as I am aware, he hasn’t even apologised.

His defence was that he wasn’t there…but he didn’t give evidence to say where he was.

An Oscar winning comedy writer couldn’t come with such material.

Maybe his dad got the idea from his cellie.

Worked well for him too.

But as we know, it’s nrl rugby league, someone somewhere is going to break ranks and sell out.
His defence was never a great part of his game!

His defence was never a great part of his game!
Some wit said they’d never seen him run as fast as he did to the scene of the crime ( per the cctv) and whether or not he should switch to fullback.

And one of my favourite out of order hard comments was visiting the panthers forum. The gf had only just finished, the players were running towards each other to leap and hug. Another miracle win.

Upon seeing this, one of the panther fans simply commented that he was worried about the second row next season.

No congratulations, no happiness, no joy etc Very dry and deadpan comment lol.

The fans make our game.

Who gives a shit about Amone. We do not need him back. he could not make it when he had been in the game so i do not think he wo do a job for us. Metcalfe, Pezet or Campbell is one of the players we need

Junior was going ok, at least commanding a good price on his immediate future …had he managed to rationalise things.

I just wonder at what point, the assembled Amones thought they were equipped to overcome the NSW Police.

Some of kind of mutant neighbourhood watch engagement.

Metcalfe is pretty handy. I like the cut of his jib and he has the “Flanno vibe” about him.

There wouldn’t be a harsher critic than Flanno about this years very disappointing results.

I expect some casualties and near death experiences in your pre-season. Not just swimming in a muddy pond under the army like Penrith, but being chucked in with large weights chained to ankles.

Flanno is tough.

I say let’s leave Junior Alone
Well he hasn’t officially been re-registered yet. He has to reapply.

Any suitor would have to make any contract subject to re-admission.

Then he needs to get the numbers at NRL HQ I suppose.

But kind of Tartak ( who also manages Cookey) to mention him in a press release whilst tartak is facing suspension and a fine himself

source:

Has there ever been a player manager who hasn’t been in trouble?

In fairness, Benjis manager couldn’t lie in bed straight

Junior should sack his manager if the manager is under a cloud. Not the best start to his campaign for readmission.

I get sick of the privileged taking us for a ride. They make Prince Andrew look virtuous.
