I believe in forgiveness but that allows us to move on and I think we and he should do exactly that. No interest at all for him to come back.
It’s tantalising and in the broad it’s a good life value, but the problem with junior is that he’s shown zero public contrition or remorse.
He even ran an argument that he wasn’t even there which is a total abrogation of any responsibility.
Then we saw the footage of him leaving the country shortly after. Fugitive stuff.
He ran up to the roof with a hammer and roofie had to jump off a roof scared for his life and sustained terrible injuries. He could have died.
So no forgiveness from me.
He’s just a bad kind of person and there’s no inkling he’s turned over a new leaf. He’s had a lot of time to think about it, but where’s the public statement of sorrow? Nah, he probably still justifies it. Cretinous.
And the stupid reason for it, tradies parking on a nature strip so they can work on someone’s roof. Temporary at best and helps road traffic. He almost kills a person for that??!
The worst thing our neighbourhood would do ( packed with islanders too fyi) is offer the roofies a cold drink, maybe an ice cream.
