The club could have signed Chevy for one season, that would have worked for him puts him in with a chance for other clubs and we might say keep him over Ison.
Instead we keep Kennedy who won't add anything to his game over the summer and just do what he has done for years nothing when it's needed
Why would they waste money on a players that is worse than the fullback they currently have and signed for one more year on f**k all?
Chevy will struggle to play first grade much again.
Ison can take over from kennedey by round 5

Gotta give it to you Stake…. You’re an ideas man. Never mind that most of them are ordinary.

Tbf we have persisted with the players for far too long that are going to see us fall short at the crunch time, Kennedy is the prime example (Chevy Stewart is garbage and not the answer to any question for clarity)

Uele, toby, ramien, mcinnes, dysfunctional halves pairing etc etc.

Kennedy should have a great year in 2026, if given time on the field, he will be playing for a new contract. His involvement should increase.

Never really had any interest in this R360 thingy.

In fifty words or less can someone honestly explain to moi what it is all meant to be or about. Honest question.

Sports washing by the Saudis.
The same as LIV Golf.
Nothing more, nothing less.
Pretty much - just replace Greg Norman with Mike Tindall and you’ve got the picture (it’s much less combative with the established Union bodies than LIV was out of the gate).

In my mind it’s ultimately going to fizzle out because World Rugby and the national associations will slam the door on R360 players playing for national teams and in international competitions. LIV golf at least had a strategy which they’ve pulled off (they knocked the gates down and have been more or less incorporated into the PGA system as a satellite)

It just might not.
Is World rugby strong financially that is the question.
Remember South Africa pulled out of super 15, to play in Europe.
I would guess R360 will want and try to get nations on board, South Africa would be a good start, Pacific island nations and Argentina.
Then target some of the Six nation countries.
If they do that and with players on board.
They have massive bargaining chip.
Remember Packer with world series cricket, it depends what the end game is
