Says the bloke whose team got two brand new built from the ground up stadiums in forty years. The first one they needed, the second one, they didn’t.

Parramatta is more central so it serves

Eels
Wanderers
Few Tigers,Dogs,Dragons games
Music events.

Penrith would have 11-12 Nrl games a year.

Parra Stadium would see about 30 sporting games plus music events.

Hi Alice, went I went to Perth a month ago there was only one visible lift shaft in the new Western Stand. When I got home Monday I walked down had a look at progression and it is now clear there are two lifts in Western Stand one at Paceway end and one at Howell Oval end. This is great news for supporters with accessibility issues. Hopefully you may be able to take advantage of the new stadium accessibility arrangements at least once to enjoy the new stadium.

Thanks. That is wonderful news. I may be able to attend 'one day' with the help of family. As I kinda need a carer (LOL) when doing those type of things. Living now in regional Australia that might not happen. Especially as my children are now scattered to the 4 winds too.

I am looking forward to hearing how others find the new stadium when it's finally opened.

Sure it's not our dream stadium, but so pleased the grassed areas have been kept, especially for families with young kids and prams.

Interesting article in todays Daily Telegraph re Brookvale and Sharke Park Stadiums saying they are out of date and too small.

I don’t think they can be upgraded that much given there is limited space around them.Shark park especially with the recent redevelopments to the club and surrounding area

Considering the proximity to Accor it’s entirely irrelevant. Why not build a third stadium in the Parra lga instead of building one in Penrith and split the Parra tenant games between them? Each would still have more events than Penrith. That’s the logical fallacy with all of this. Ludicrous.

Is there an argument in support of us playing all our home games in the new stadium once it opens in 2027. At least for a season or two?
