Look at the way clubs like Parra and Broncos (and several other examples) spend a bit of time in the doldrums and then bounce back - within a season or two - with a succession plan that looks exciting and hopeful, and brings success. They need a player, they sign them up no fuss. Parra haven't won anything yet in the grand scheme but they look so much more professional than us when they are on. I'd be excited as an Eels fan.

The Dragons just go around in circles, sometimes giving the illusion of improving into something half decent and then devolving back to the easy beats of the comp. We invest in the wrong players and struggle to entice better men over.

If we don't put 80 minutes in next week I will find something else to do this year.
Today pushed me to the edge.
This team owe the fans big time.

Never delivers.
1 or two big names won't make a difference.
If we think Keson will get the saviour Keep waiting.
Lawrie Guler Faegai can go for a start.

Lucky I play soccer and can divert to that.
Most of our games are on Saturday so I don't have to sit through the dragons not delivering.

kyle flannagan is a massive problem. he offers nothing in attack. his defence is ok at best. he is slow, his kicking game is poor, his running game is his strength but its one of the worst in the nrl. why is he on our team? it’s actually becoming embarrassing.

Parramatta are something of a bogey team for us our record against them is not good but last year we beat Melbourne then lost to Parramatta so maybe this year it'll be we lose to Melbourne but beat them I don't know who the f--k knows with this inconsistent rabble.

Daniel Atkinson & Kyle Flanagan will both go for scans on ankle injuries they suffered in Round 2.

Video brings concern for high ankle sprains with similar contact mechanisms causing foot to turn out. Good signs they were both able to finish the game (both incidents happened late in the 1st half) so hopefully minor issues.

But there have been players finish out games with moderate to high grade syndesmosis injuries in the past so ones to watch.

Same ol same ol......we all got excited with our efforts in Vegas and most thought we were robbed (which we were) then the proverbial shit hit the fan and we realise yet again that we are short at least 4 or 5 qualty players...to capitulate yesterday from leading to get rissoled 46 to 20 in front of a packed and enthusiastic crowd indicates we are just not going anywhere in 2026......tbh we have the worst spine in the NRL if you factor age and ability.....our speed factor in attack almost zero, ..unfortunately we are to big and to slow...we have some good young forwards coming through but like last year they cant be used every week and get bashed....the game has changed so much now it's about the smaller zip zip players that are nimble, agile and creative....sorry we are found wanting in that dept imo...I try every season to live in hope and stay positive but alas I feel I've been kicked in the groin yet again so early in the season

How can anybody call themselves a Dragons supporter whilst wishing 3 losses on us....Go support the Storm.....moron
I hope we get fking smashed. Praying we go 0-3 I’m done with this cancer of a coach, we haven’t improved since 2010. But some fans on here accept mediocrity which is completely fine…

Over all the bull shit and excuses from the club and amateur coaching staff .
Not good enough from a famous club like St George Dragons us the fans had no say in the merger to save illawarra years ago .
The big Red V has sacrificed their history and DNA for illawarra and all steelers fans on extinction in the Nrl.
