Ok so my little summary

Besides uncharacteristic Val Holmes 4 major errors and serious errors in attack….and crappy goal kicking which was nuts !!!

Serious pints leaked in a tight game !

For me was there a couple critical moments that could have swung the momentum in the Parra game? Yes !

probably at the top of the tree that hurt or evolved our ability to win.

20mins to go we had two sets that were beyond belief !

We had two in a row on our left side with 5 on 2 and only 2O metres out from Parras line

Parra were exhausted

We were up and about moving the ball both sides and quickly

Gutho stupidly went inside to get a 6point change of play and got tacked with 4 outside him vs two Parra defenders

And then we did it again with Guler stepping back inside when we had 4 outside him with two Parra defenders

I mean that is insane !!!!!!!!

Something the Penrith, Storm, Broncos etc don’t do the first time let alone the second time

Then all I remember from then was nothing as I fell asleep on the wknd after a long week at work

Golden opportunities to even out the score or go ahead with 20-15minutes to go and change the momentum of the game

That's on Kyle and Gutho on that left edge to get that done and they didn't.

I know Kyle is favored by Flano but being his father I'm sure he gives him an ear full about stuff like that because he can without causing conflict between them

Fittler on the footy show after the Storm loss said Saints were the dumbest team and the fans would be so frustrated watching them. The Saints wanted to show how right Fittler was with the game against Parra.

The frustrating thing is the dumbness comes mostly from the experience guys with years of NRL experience and not the younger blokes starting their careers.

Suli and Luciano were the 2 best on the day. Giggy up Suli, keep proving me wrong buddy, I love it. He should have won Saints the game if he got the ball to score that it but Guler decided to hog it, WTF? That to me is an instant reserve grade for a few weeks. Absolutely crazy. The forwards were making meters and getting in decent positions only for the halves to be cluesless on the last tackle. They are probably gassed more now because Atko kicks it further and they have to run more to start their defence. In the end there was hardly anyone chasing the bombs any more only Kyle. His kick for the try will guarantee him first grade for many games now as I am sure Flanno Snr will go to town on that. Watching Tannah Boyd on the weekend, how good would he be with Atko? Or even Sandon Smith at the Knights. Him at 7 would be ideal. Saints should have chased them hard.

Warriors have so many halves so Saints should be really pushing for Tannah when Metcalf returns and he is in reserve grade.

Flanno is going to make it so easy for Dean Young when he takes over eventually as the first thing Young will do is put Atko at 5/8 where he belongs and Kyle on the bench as a utility player to cover spots which is ideal. The improvement will be immense, and Dean will get extended for 3 years. It will be the end of Shane's NRL career but I feel he probably does not care as he has set himself and his son up and can get a job in media.

I was at the game. Even with Kline giving all the six agains, the ten in the bin and everything else, that game was ours. All we had to do was hold the ball, pass to unmarked players and not do stupid fifth tackle options. basic skills.

I’m not sure where I go from here, I’m just fed up with the stupid stuff. We honestly look worse than last year. Just gutted.

I thought we actually looked quite good in attack at times vs Storm. We just fell apart in last 20.
Liddle will add some speed, if we cut out the dumbass errors like kicking out on full, we could win a few more than we think.
