That would be going back to what was resulting in all the wrestle and game play that fans were thumbing the nose at.There is a way. It's called making them penalties.

In football/ soccer, i checked the scores in the champions league round of 16 knockout phase where apparently the best teams in Europe are up against each other. Maybe the refs are applying their own version of a 6 again rule:
Atletico Madrid 5
Tottenham 2
Atalanta 1
Bayern 6
PSG 5
Chelsea 2
Bodo/Glimt 3
Sporting 0
Real Madrid 3
Man City 0
Sporting 5
Bodo/ Glimt 0 (2nd leg)
Chelsea 0
PSG 3 (2nd leg)
Barcelona 7
Newcastle 2 (2nd leg)
Liverpool 4
Galatasaray 0 (2nd leg)
Bayern 4
Atalanta 1 (2nd leg)
So you want to back to games with 17 penalties a game? And there is no flow?

What to take six agains back to being penalties? I don't think so.It was your idea, dumb merkin.

Nah mate, 6 agains have killed the game.. V'Landys needs to resign!Half time in Canberra 8-6. A few mistakes but another very nice half of football. Good ball movement considering the rain and good tackling.
That's kinda what I was going for but a 3 paragraph rant would have really nailed it!You sound like @Colk
Thats why every one hated Super League comp in 1997Pvl has singled out ruck speed as an important statistic
He believes faster ruck speed means better games
6 again rule changed suited the Penrith style of play. Ie when they won 4 compsQuality isn’t what is happening now
Still the storm and Penrith have adapted to the new rules which shows good teams will always keep up whilst the losers struggle
Can’t believe Penriths defence in what is basically a touch football comp
It’s hard to explain why though.6 again rule changed suited the Penrith style of play. Ie when they won 4 comps
So not surprised they were first to adapt
Oh. It wasn’t the hijacking of the game by capitalist fat cats?Thats why every one hated Super League comp in 1997
Why would you think I want that? It's your dumbarse mate tboon who suggested he wanted to make set restarts challengeable. How do you think that'd work without a stoppage in play, or in other words, a penalty?

Captains should be able to challenge a 6again. That does then turn that particular 6again into a stoppage so in the event the challenge fails make it a penalty that they can kick for touch or goal and they lose one of their 2 captains challenges (I would up it to 2 challengers). This is the way to go.Yes. You said they should be challengeable. To challenge you need a stoppage in play. That's called a penalty. You reinvented penal
