Been seeing more and more png fans commenting on stories about the chiefs which I’ve never seen before

Awesome stuff

These idiots don’t realise we’ve got Australian and international growth coming now whilst they are maxed out
There isn't even much they can do with their rules whereas league has shown tinkering with rules to make it better grows its code by massive amounts.

The Storm have never had this - they get the odd game shown on FTA during the year - but its the same national broadcast as the rest of the country, will be interesting to see how they react if the Bears get it.
At least Storm and Rugby League fans get a game every week in Melbourne on FTA, even if it`s not the Storm, because there sure ain`t any fumbles on FTA tonight in NSW. That`s a Friday mind you.
Completely surrendered the field.

The Friday night game only aired in two markets on FTA. It's a bit hard to compare it to a weekly average for the slot.
That percentage drop is in the average for all the games so far this season - not for this specific match. I think we still need to wait until after Anzac Day to get a clearer idea and a like-for-like comparison. If it's still down 15%+ I think that would be a real cause for concern for the AFL. Of course a portion of these could have switched their viewing to Fox. But thats not helpful for Channel 7.

Afl got belted
The AFL had a day game which aired in 3 markets and a night game which aired in 2 markets.
As much as you love to derive a perverse sense of joy from seeing AFL fail, any comparisons are meaningless in this case.

You do realise that actually makes the situation worse don`t you ?
Best case scenario two completely independent groups of people watched both games.
Most likely scenario, some people watched both thereby reducing the total overall number.
