Their centres have been the #1 reason (well internal reasons, excluding stuff like Penrith, Walsh, etc) they haven't won a comp in a while imo. I've been saying this for years but I'd legit send Munster on his way and spend it on props or a genuine centre. Munster hasn't played like a $1M+ player in an important club game in half a decade.

They let the wrong bloke go to the Bears tbh

I think Wishart is pretty plod but he fits the Storm's system and costs half or less what Munster does, and his output is honestly not much different the games he's had. Munster is washed.

I'm not even convinced Munster's rep form is what a lot of people make it out to be. He can't turn a game when his team is under pressure like Moses can, but escapes scrutiny because he wears the maroon #6 jersey and has a tash...

Until SOO and Tests come along and he'll look $1M again and trick everyone into thinking he plays like that at club level. He's out-Gagai'd Gagai.

He always has for mine. He's above average for sure, but he's definitely getting by on his Origin career IMO.

Penriff are packing 8 inches of rock solid blue steel that they aren’t afraid to use, and Bellamy’s dildo has all the impact of a wet lettuce leaf.

I think having 3 or 4 great spine players in your team isn't as big an advantage as it used to be and is probably a waste of salary cap space. Panthers have shed Luai and Api and haven't skipped a beat. Fit mobile forwards and strong and fast outside backs is probably more important to a roster now.
