Why Hornby, he hasn't done anything special, spent a year or so with us in lower grades and then at souths, he can go get a Head coaching job somewhere else and do his L training before we even contemplate of ever giving him the gig..

You Fk off, I'm not endorsing Dean Young, I just have a good feeling of how this club play there cards, he has been an assistant for quite a long time and see him a major part of the problem, however it seems those in power see things differently.

Yep. Traditionally we sack coaches in May and put the assistant in charge. Then the Board will hold another review of football operations and appoint a coach that can't get a job anywhere else.
