Either side would think this game is very winnable, and a loss would be a step backwards

This match has been sold out a few times at Commbank over the years
Best crowd in a 30k stadium has been 29,047, which was the grand opening in 2019

Reckon we go couple hundred better, what else is there to do??

Until i see our defence show a bit of steel and reslience its hard to be super confident.

I reckon outside of a 5 min period down to 12 men when the Dragons looked clueless and bombed a 5 on 1. We havent been able to defend our tryline all season unless the opposition makes an error

Would like to start with more intensity today a packed out crowd surely there is no excuse.

All our starts have been lethargic and lacking in energy. Its a concerning pattern and prepartion will have to be questioned if its still lingering for another couple of games.

This form drop by the Storm is why it is such bad management from our club to allow a situation where we play them round 1 in Melbourne all the time. They always come back to the field a good bit after a few weeks of being unbeatable.
We like to play them when and where they are unbeatable. It is so f'ing dumb.

I feel like that loose middle is giving up way too much momentum which in vlandys ball is terminal.

How you fix it I have no idea given the lack of options. One thing I've noticed is how bad of a defender Williams is if it isn't just a front on tackle. Attacked with any sort of angled run, he just throws out an arm. Paulo is cooked, Smith has the first up contact of reed Mahoney.

Maybe we just have to go with youth.

Our middle defence is the worst in the comp

purely because Paulo is washed and Walker is not a starting lock

Just don’t see us winning with both of them starting

Everyone else is beatable...its the attitude and desire that needs fixing and improving
