Each group uses the same argument. You don't see it because that's your truth.

As an outsider, I see that many people offer their truth. You all can't be right.

Hey, I am no historian. I am very happy to leave it to the experts, archaeologists etc who practice their profession without any motivated reasoning*.

Hmmm, how have I done that? We agree Jerusalem fell to the Romans 70ad, we know historically Christians fled prior, just have to think logically if there may be something prior to that that may have given them a heads up maybe? If only we had some idea what was happening?

I posted - not in a reply, but as a self-standing post - a graph showing how Evangelicals haven't come out of the dark ages around respecting sexuality, in the way that other Christian groupings have.

I can talk on both topics, and prove you wrong - but don't try and attempt to combine the topics as one, and then argue that talking about either part is flipping in an attempt to escape the obvious.

2. Evangelical Christians also evangelise - including through door knocking and other cold approaches - because for some reason they believe everyone should have the same beliefs they hold (hence the term "evangelicals").

I replied to your graph, then the topic went on about someone watching midget porn and I claimed only JW's and Mormons door knock then you come in with a straw man.

We can certainly go back on topic but you may want to go and reply to what I have already said on the topic. If you want I'll repeat it. Majority of Christians do not care what others do in the bedroom. Christians may think something is wrong so they simply don't do the thing they think is wrong. Will some act crazy, sure they do, is that majority, no.
There is also another religion whom in my opinion is a lot more oppressive to gay rights, women and their own prophet married a 9 year old girl but we'll just target the evangelicals and cheer on that one which seems very ironic.
I disagree with evengelical christianity on a lot of things and you're targeting one small part which is mainly based in America and see Trump as the second coming of John the Baptist.
