We are making the same mistakes as last week but the difference has been the Roosters were making the same ones in the 1st half too.

Hold the ball and control the ruck and you win. 2 things we have been poor at

Awful second half. 26 - 0 against us and counting. It sucks watching it unfold but this is closer to what I was expecting pre-game. Completely overrun in the end.

Too many errors, too many mistackles and not enough run metres. Good effort by the lads. We are 7 games into a rebuild while Roosters are in a Premiership window. They are at full strength while we are missing our best players and Sharpe not at 100% either.

Not happy about the second half but still a 1000x better than AOB ball.

This is about the scoreline I predicted before the game but obviously disappointing considering we were somehow up at halftime.

We just had no good field position whatsoever in that second half.

I still feel we have the signs of a good team but we're just really really understrength right now when we didn't have a brilliant roster to begin with.

Really disappointed with brown today. The two times we had any momentum or field position in the second half he kicked the ball away for no reason.

Harrison Graham killed us with not jumping on the ball being afraid of offside, then being offside on possession. Directly led to two tries.

Obviously it’s defence that’s letting us down. Can’t get a fair share of possession when you let the other team keep scoring. Probably partly due to constantly changing combinations due to all the injuries.

I’m giving the benefit of the doubt to brown

his 2nd full game of the year, in a new team, behind a foward pack containing 3-4rookies…. playing a team of 13 rep players who have played with each other for the the better part of 5 years.

Anyone blaming Brown today is no better than the gutter journos at the telegraph who zone in on a star after a loss. The middle lost it and if that is what we get with Sharpe injured, we're betting giving him a week or two and bringing in McCarthy. We're just not good enough to carry a spine player at 50%.
