Flannigan will be sacked come Tuesday arvo. Willie Talou from SG Ball should be put in as interim coach for the remainder of the year, he knows how to coach, he communicates with his players and is responsible for getting the young guys ready for 1st grade that are playing today. If he gets the side clicking then give him the job next year.

Well it looks like he is gone BUT, if we are actually serious what must also ensue is:

- an interim coach who is not Young or Ennis (should both be shown the door). Abject failures.

- an external review and audit of the club to address disgusting results over a long period of time.

Not holding my breath on that one.

Until this is done, it's just moving the mess on to someone else. Fans will be entitled to some relief today however as action is finally taken.
